This document is an official offer of LIFT99 UKRAINE LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") addressed to any individual and/or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to conclude a public agreement on the provision of access services. Payment for services by any means in accordance with Part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine shall be deemed to be evidence of the conclusion of the Agreement between the Customer and the Contractor and acceptance of its terms and conditions.

1. Subject of the Agreement:
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to rent its premises for events. The Customer undertakes to pay for the services on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

2. Cost of services and payment procedure:
2.1. The cost of services depends on the period of renting the premises.
2.2. Full payment must be made the day before the event. The cost of services may be changed by the Contractor in subsequent periods, which will be additionally notified.
2.3. When planning more than 14 days before the date of the event, the reservation of the premises is made by paying half of the rental price according to the invoice.
2.3 The cost of services and payment details are sent to the Customer by e-mail or messenger.

3. Refund policy:
3.1. Refunds are not provided if the cancellation has not been notified at least 14 days before the event.

4. Event area:
4.1 The event space strictly corresponds to the area specified in the rental agreement.
4.2 Free movement throughout the complex is restricted. The Flex and Lounge areas are workspaces for other clients and visitors.

5.Arrival, additional time and departure procedures:
5.1. Rental organisers and event participants may arrive at the hub no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the rental period and leave the premises no later than 30 minutes after the end of the rental period.
5.2. The need for additional time for preparation for the event (installation of equipment, early arrival of participants) and late stay in the rental area after the event must be agreed upon in advance and paid additionally.
5.3. If the rental time has been increased due to unplanned and uncoordinated reasons, the Contractor has the right to issue an additional invoice after the event.
5.4. If contractors (catering, sound engineer, photographer, etc.) are planned to participate in the event, as well as if the contractors need a parking space for transporting equipment, the Customer shall notify the Contractor no later than one day before the event.

6. Rules of conduct
6.1. After the rental, it is necessary to leave the premises in proper condition (without any garbage, stains on the furniture, food and drinks, large amounts of garbage must be put in bags).
6.2. If the premises require additional cleaning after the event, an additional fee will be charged to the Customer.
6.3. If material damage is caused to the rental premises after the event, the Contractor has the right to issue an additional invoice in accordance with the amount of damage caused.
6.4. Music is allowed only after 18:00 Kyiv time and only in the rented area.

7. Additional services
‍7.1. The Contractor shall prepare the arrangement of tables and chairs in the rental area, and the Customer shall arrange additional arrangement of the desired furniture on his/her own.
7.2. The service of using the kitchen is discussed in advance and paid additionally, it includes the preparation of drinks: teas, coffee from a coffee machine, filter coffee, chicory, cocoa, drinks made from cow's and alternative milk; use of additives to drinks (honey, lemon, etc.). If the service has not been pre-arranged and paid for, the event participants are not allowed to use the hub's common kitchen.
7.3. Event participants can buy food from the fridge and vending machine located in the common kitchen. Payment is made via QR code.
